Pest Protection Plan

The Pest Protection Plan includes 4 quarterly pest control treatments, and a warranty against pests like ants, rats, mice, spiders, bees, silverfish, and pretty much any other bug that is common to the Pacific Northwest.

There are only 3 exceptions: Subterranean Termites, Anobiid Beetles, and Bed Bugs.

Warranty

If you see live pest activity in between regular treatments, we will send a Technician back to inspect and re-treat as necessary, at no additional charge.

Any existing pest infestations will need to be treated before we can issue the warranty. Your Technician will provide a written quote for you to approve before incurring any additional charges.

Service

Your Technician will visit 4 times per year, about every 3 months. Dont worry, we will send you an email before hand so that you know when to expect us.

The treatment is free of odors and fumes, safe for children and pets, and environmentally friendly. Treatment specifics are up to your Technician, and generally include a perimeter spray, an expert eye for any pest activity or conducive conditions, and the training to maintin safe and effective control over pests.

Price

$165, one time, for the Initial Inspection and Treatment
$400, per year, for 4 Warranty Services
for residences up to 7000 square feet.

We are running a special in ValPak this month (March 2010): $165 off. That is a flat price of $400 per year plus tax.
